Demi Unique, a traveling artist, chef, and consultant, explores food as an instrument to foster connection and memories. Inspired by her ancestors, she creates culinary experiences, like her plant-focused pop-up, Masticate, to weave narratives through food.

A graduate of both the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (LA), and the Institute of Culinary Education (NY), Demi intertwines art, culture, style, and gastronomy, infusing a design-centric ethos into her creations, marking her unique culinary journey.
